70s Vintage blue tartan wool pleated full skirt long

Tag size 7/8 petite, IMO it's an extra small or small. I bought this about ten years ago but didn't wear it that much since it's a bit small for me. Beautiful condition, no holes, vibrant colour. Flat measurements Waist: 33cm Length: 74cm
