70s metallic disco queen

70s disco queen brand new has velcro at the halter neck and a zipper at the back the back has a bit is stretch to it, also looks like it could be taken out on both sides at the back as shown in pictures long legs, I'm 5'3 if I wore 4" heels it'd still need hemming
