Eur size 40 is usually more of a size 9. Are these true size 7.5’s??

@alisondawn86 hi, yes it's my shoe size and fits me perfectly. You can see on the left of the bottom it says 7.5 as well, I thought maybe it was an Italian 40 but that doesn't match either, so maybe sizing has changed a bit sinse the 70s?
