725 Originals Jeans Loose Fit Straight Leg Men's Size 38x32 NEW

Brand new with tags, but there is a mark on the outside of one leg. See photos. The tag says size 40 but the waist is only measuring 38 inches which is why I have listed these as a size 38 and not a size 40. Please determine fit based on the measurements provided.
