Armpit to armpit: 19” Length: 18” 100% viscose In like new condition this adorable blouse is ready for Spring. Fits a small 8 and would probably fit a 6. I’m a 10 and it’s too tight for me around the base hem. Room for boobs and cute covered buttons finish off the V neck. Ruffles along the bottom and the cuffs add an extra feminine touch.
