These are new without the box, never worn There are some small marks / scratches in the leather just from moving and storage. I think most of these would buff out with some sort of leather conditioner/polish The leather straps should also soften up with wear Marked as size 9. I'm a true 9 and I find them just a touch roomy, so I think they'd also fit a 9.5 as well Back wedge is 4" Front platform is 1.5"
