80’s 5x7 Rectangular Striped Brass Picture Frame with Black Velvet Back, Table

Black velvet easel back for a table top display. This is polished lacquer coated, but still has some patina. It has some mild scratches, shown in the photos. The glass is in good condition. The marks you see are on the paper underneath. Some light scratching, patina and minor vintage wear. No other damage detected. Glass is intact.
