80s BASILE FINEST PURE WOOL PANEL PENCIL SKIRT 10

Think crisp, white shirt or a cozy black turtleneck… perfection ! This vintage early 90s BASILE skirt is a masterpiece of ITALIAN tailoring and materials, with finest pure wool gabardine fly-away panels which move as you walk. Black and white (which reads gray) with black pin stripes Waist is 31 inches. Belt loops. Side pocket. One tiny snag on waistband as shown, will be hidden by belt (I must’ve snagged a belt in there at some point). Half lined. Made in Italy. This skirt has been in storage for an insanely long time. I would suggest a light dry cleaning to freshen it up.
