80's Silver Snake Chain Belt

This 80's belt been sitting in my closet for years! I most recently thought of wearing it as a necklace as its too big for me as can not be made smaller. Measurements are approximations (even though I used a tape measure :) but I had a puppy running around while I was doing it ) From hoop to hook 35" Hoop to ball (chain) 9" Belt in half is 17"
