80s Smart Set Blue Ruffle Party Dress Bolero 1980 Prom Strapless Shoulder Pads

Amazing 80s set. A quintessential 80s party/prom dress with matching bolero. The material is an irridescent midnight blue colour that shifts in the light. The dress features a sweetheart neckline, a tiered and ruffled skirt, a drop waist, and ruching at the back. The bolero has velvet swirls all over, large shoulder pads and puffy sleeves. I love how the ruffles on the skirt part at the back and create a bustle effect. The drop waist is trendy right now, Sabrina Carpenter coded. I wish this fit me! Marked size 11 but probably fits S/M. Flat measurements: **The ruching at the back has stretch. Each ruched panel has about 5" of stretch pulled tight. Together the panels add 10 inches of stretch at the very max. Chest: 13 - 17" approx Waist: 12 - 16" approx Drop waist (no stretch) : 17" Length: 31" approx In good condition overall. Wear typical of age. 2 minor flaws on skirt (see last pic)
