80's "Soups and Borschts" Cookbook - Multicultural Recipes - 80's Cook Book

This is the 1988, Red Deer Alberta published "Soups and Borschts" cookbook. It includes recipes from the Hutterite, Amish, Dutch, Mennonite, Ukrainian, and Russian cultures. This is a plastic coiled cookbook. In very good vintage shape, there is some light wear/marks and a bend to the cover. Please see the pictures for details.
