80's Stephen Yan Cookbooks - Over Wok, Under Pay - Vegetables the Chinese Way

This is a pair Stephen Yan cookbooks. It includes: 1) "Over Wok, Under Pay" Wok with Yan - 3rd printing, 1983 2) "Vegetables the Chinese Way" - 6th printing, 1981 Each book as a plastic coil binding and includes some full color, glossy photos. If you're Canadian, you absolutely know the tv show "Wok with Yan". Hot pan, cold oil, food no stick!!! In excellent condition, each book has a tear on the cover. Please see the pictures for details.
