80's Style #3799 Young Miss Blouse Pattern - Style Pattern 3799 - Size 2 - 4

This is Style pattern #3799 for a young miss blouse. It is dated 1982 and is for size 8-10-12 (vintage - definitely more of a 2 - 4 modern day size) or busts 31 - 34". It is a Style size "K". A fun 80's style blouse with ruffles! Note: The pattern HAS BEEN cut, but all the pieces and instructions are present. There is some wear to the envelope and some pen marks.
