80's "The Eye on Saskatchewan Cookbook" Vol 1 - SK Cookbook - Special Olympics

This is "The Eye on Saskatchewan Cookbook" volume 1. Published in the 80's? for CICC-TV and CKOS-TV with the proceeds to the Saskatchewan Special Olympics. The cookbook has a plastic coil binding. The book is signed by a former tv station host turned mayor!!!! In good vintage shape, there are a few page bends on the corners and some light soiling to the cover. Please see the pictures for details. If you lived in Saskatchewan in the 80's these 2 tv stations were IT. Love it or hate it!
