80’s Vintage Floral Skirt

This is such an adorable piece, I wish it fit me!! The brand is Freddie’s Best, which was a popular skirt brand in the 70’s and 80’s. There is no size tag. I would say it fits like a medium, as the waist is very stretchy. (Shown in video) Vintage and in perfect condition!
