80's again? Material Girl jacket

Whatever time period, this piece is in excellent condition and really stylish. Back to the '80's... the lace jacket (think Madonna) has a neon green on the cuff, which can be folded back to expose the neon or left down to have it peek through the lace. The jacket is a size small.
