80s does Edwardian Sweet Vintage Striped Dress Meira

A sweet 1980s dress in an Edwardian revival style. Designed by Meira in Montreal, Canada. Care of tag was removed at some point but it is certainly synthetic fabric. The fabric is lightweight and silky feeling. The sash is not attached and there are no loops for it so it could easily be worn without the sash in a more loose fit smock or shift style. It has thin shoulder pads. Very good vintage condition! There is a dark colored stain at the back bottom hem and some loose threads around the buttonholes. Size tag is missing and the fabric has zero stretch so please check the measurements carefully: Total length: 42.5" Bust, measured flat: 18" Hips, measured flat: 26 3/4" Armhole circumference: 10" Sash is 3" wide and 71" long
