80’s dress

Vintage 80’s dress with tags still attached! Early 80’s yellow dress. New old stock. Waist about 28”. Shown on a modern day size 6 mannequin whose measurements are bust 34” waist 28”. I’d call this dress a modern day size 6-8. Tag reads size 13/14. Length from armpit to hem about 38”. Shown without a slip but you could put this over a crinoline petticoat if you’d like a full skirt. The original buyer’s layaway ticket is pictured, showing the date of June 7, 1986! How cool!!
