80's green teal midi wool austrian maxi skirt with belt - size 38 European

This skirt is very high quality and has hardly been worn. The condition is as new. It has a belt, as you can see in the pictures. But does not need to be worn with it. The waist is rather small and would not recommend for a waist bigger than 26 inches. The hips should not be bigger than 40 inches. The size is a european 38. Please ask all questions before buying.
