80’s prom dress XS

Fantastic 80s prom dress with velvet bodice and Tata skirt. Skirt has a crinoline underneath to give it lots of pouf. I would equate this dress to a modern day size extra small. It would not even get onto my size 6 mannequin nor could I fit into it. Waist circumference about 25 inches. No stretch. I recommend this gown for sizes two and smaller. Overall length from top of shoulder to hem at back about 47 inches. This dress is an excellent 10/10 vintage condition.
