80s prom or wedding dress

80's vintage ivory, off-white, gown.  Featuring puff short sleeves, sweetheart neckline, basque V yoke waist, and fit and flare shape.  Shown fitting a bit loosely on a size 6 mannequin.  Ideally, this dress fits size 8 and under. Waist circumference about 30".Shown over a basic crinoline petticoat, not included, but easy to find on Amazon. If you want an even fuller skirt, then you could get a hooped petticoat crinoline to put underneath. Wonderful for prom, as an evening gown, or as a casual wedding or reception dress.
