80s vintage black rainbow embellished jeweled open front angora cardigan sz L

this gorgeous black and rainbow embellished vintage cardigan by the brand Cristina from the 1980s is sure to turn heads! the knit cardigan is a blend of the softest and fuzziest silk and angora, and it is super cozy and unlined with no itch. it is heavily adorned with multicolor large gemstones and beads forming an abstract paisley design around the shoulders, and there are intricate gold sequins and tiny bead trimming around the entire front of the sweater and the sleeve cuffs. the jeweling has been done by hand and it is attached to the shirt by threads, not by glue. the sweater has an open front design with no closure, and there are no shoulder pads. this vintage cardigan will add some sparkle to the most casual of outfits, and would also look great over a dress for more formal occasions! tagged as size large, and I would say this best fits womens size medium or large. in great vintage condition with some light fraying, some loose and missing sequins/beads (nothing major), and light pilling. measurements (lying flat): bust (armpit to armpit): 19” across (38” when doubled) shoulder seam to shoulder seam: 19” sleeve length (measured from shoulder seam): 20.5” armpit to bottom hem: 13” centre back length: 24”
