90's Asian inspired black sateen empire waist with floral design

Approx size 10? Unfortunately no tags confirming fabric or size. The liner feels polyester with a bit of cotton. The sateen would be either a polyester or acetate blend. A lot of new man-made fabrics in the 90s ... This was mine from the 90s around 1998. Usually dresses in this fabric had Mandarin collars. Finally ready to part with it ... I can remember pairing with an off white turtle neck underneath for something in the winter. The "V" at the back was fun for the summer and styled with a shawl, bolero or scarf for when the sun goes down. Hope that helps if you are thinking you need this dress. The florals at the bottom with a few on top and the mix of metallic colors are fun and inspiring for accessorizing (Lol I have eyeshadows in those colors 😜) Works for silver, gold or other metallic accessories. Slit at the back makes it easy to move & walk around. Approx measurements 35 inches long 17 inches armpit to armpit
