This dress and cardigan must have been worn a handful of times. They are made of a rayon knit, which drapes beautifully. All the measurements are taken across and are approximate. This dress is meant to be worn close to the body and the material stretches. The measurements were taken with no stretching of the fabric. Bust across: 15 to 16 inches. Hips across: around 17 inches. Length: around 40 inches (but will go up if it stretches horizontally). Cardigan bust: around 17 inches. The labels read M.
