This outfit must have been worn a handful of times. It is made of a nylon and lycra mix knit, which has a sheen to it. The pants are a straight cut, which might be slightly "bootcut" by 90's standards. The tag says the size is small Bust across: 15 inches. Waist across: 13 inches. Hips across: around 17 inches. Inseam: 30 inches. There is some stretch possible. The mannequin on which the dress is shown is about 37 inches bust. Please ask all questions before buying. Thank you!
