Donald Duck has a happy expression, which is typically not his vibe, he is usually mad about something. But this PEZ dispenser has Donald Duck looking genuinely happy, as his duck bill is open and his blue eyes are relaxed. He is wearing his blue beret hat, which is all blue, and his stem is blue as well. On his stem it reads US Patent 4.996.305 Made in Hungary and there is a bit of a space between Made and In, and he is footed.
