90's Floral Mixi Vest Dress

This dress is perfect. Secondhand but in amazing condition - only worn by me a couple times. The mixi length is perfect with buttons down to about mid calf. The floral pattern is a mix of light blue, cream, and white on a lovely dark blue. Vest style dress means you can leave open paired with jeans and a simple t-shirt/tank or just do full dress mode... either is perfect.
