90s Jessica romper

This lovely fun piece is a jessica romper. I am obsessed with skorts and when I found this one I knew it would be perfect for this summer. Super lightweight and ties in the back to make it super comfy. It's a size large. 100% cotton with matching baby blue buttons and some shoulder pads in there to make it even cuter.
