80s or 90s Vintage Le Chateau double breasted blazer dress. Padded shoulders. Front button closure, extra button by inside tag. See pictures. Size 11. Made in Canada. See last photo, there are four small holes in the one sleeve that look like it may have been from price tags (?) but near perfect otherwise.
