Vintage 90's/Y2K silver crushed velvet maxi dress with silver spots throughout. Bodycon style with adjustable spaghetti straps that criss cross in the back. Low, open back style. Material feels like a poly spandex blend. Made in Canada by Le Chateau. Great vintage condition. No flaws to note.
