90's Striped Denim Jeans - Waist 26 - Size 2 - 4 - Women's Jeans - Low-Rise Jean

This is a pair of super lightweight, 100% cotton denim jeans. Made by Higher State, these jeans have a cool, low rise zip front, a slightly flared leg and thick white stripes. There is no defined waistband. Marked "XL", these are definitely super small. Likely a women's 2 - 4 fit. In excellent condition, note that the white is not super bright.
