90’s Vintage Blue Cotton Brocade Jacket, Ingenuity Winter Fashion Coat Canada

1990’s blue brocade cotton polyester jacket, fully lined. Canadian made in Canada. This is in excellent condition. There is no fading. The contents are cotton polyester. The fabric is gorgeous with a a bit of velvet texture. This has small shoulder pads and no pockets. Tag says size 12, but I would say medium to large. Please check the measurements for proper fit.
