90s Vintage Cotton High Waisted Black Capris with Leopard Print Cuffs

Incredibly chic capris in great used condition! Vintage size 8 but these are very small. They are 96% cotton and 4% spandex but there’s not a ton of stretch at the waist. Waist measurement is 13” which is my normal size but I find them a bit snug. The thread came loose on one of the front pleats which I repaired (see photos). Not super noticeable but know that it’s not an exact match to the other pleat.
