90s Vintage Floral Empire Waist Dress Girls Size 8 Lace Trim Collar Party Dress

Beautiful 1990s vintage white girl’s party / special occasion sleeveless dress with a purple and green allover floral pattern. Features an empire silhouette with attached ties at the waist, layered lace at the collar, full A-line pleated skirt. Pull-over style, no zippers or buttons. Fit can be adjusted with the belt ties. In excellent condition, just has a slight bit of discolouration on the ends of ties (not very noticeable). Fabric feels like cotton, I recommend hand washing and line drying.
