90s Y2k Black and White Floral Maxi Dress

Vintage body skimming black dress with white floral pattern. Tag says L but I would say it fits S-M. P2P 16", Length 52".l Very stretchy! It is quite sheer and I am happy to provide a matching black dress slip at no extra charge. The slip is stretchy and has adjustable spaghetti straps.
