90s black velvet floral embellished sparkly witchy glam sheer button up blouse

this beautiful vintage blouse from the 90s is such a sparkly statement piece! the blouse features shiny brown velvet flower patches that are embellished with silver sparkles over a sheer black background- so special for an evening out. the collared blouse features long sleeves, a slightly rounded bottom hem, and a front button closure with seven black buttons. the blouse is cuffed on both sleeves and the fabric is untagged but it is see through, smooth and unlined. this lovely sparkle blouse would look great worn over a bralette and paired with jeans and loafers for a more casual look, or styled with a skirt and long boots for a more chic dressy evening. tagged as size large and I would say this best fits a womens size medium or large. in great vintage condition with a few light runs in fabric (barely visible). measurements (lying flat): shoulder seam to shoulder seam: 18” bust (pit to pit): 20.5” across (41” when doubled) sleeve length (measured from shoulder seam): 25.5” pit to bottom hem: 12.5” centre back length (does not include collar): 25”
