90s bright blue fish scale popcorn top

vintage old school sleeveless textured "popcorn" top in a bright metallic blue colour. so fun & textured, really makes a unique statement. the bubble texture looks almost like fish scales! very versatile & comfy as the material is so so stretchy. fits many sizes- pit to pit measures between 9" and 25" when stretched, length is 16". i'd say it fits up to a large (likely a medium/large would be the ideal sizing), no holes, stain or flaws!
