90s button down shirt, loose fit blouse with pleats red and black size large

Bright Red vintage blouse with black accent and gold buttons. This blouse has a pleated front and back giving it interest and dimension. I love the double row of buttons. With shoulder pads. The shirt is in great condition. Nice silky polyester fabric that does not seem to wrinkle.
