90s cotton periwinkle drawstring skirt

1990s play skirt in a nice faded periwinkle cotton. it has an elasticized drawstring waistband, and a cute lil message on the tag. fits high waisted, length hits above the knee. size medium, fits true to size. waistband is 12.5" to 19", hip 21", length 19"
