mint condition. no flaws, pulls, dullness in elastin, stains, or otherwise. only worn once since I've had it, and that has been a very long time. It's a bit big on me now... but this thing has a LOT of stretch. I'm positive a large med. or even large would fit. tag says size 10. Made in Montreal Canada. thanks for looking!
