90's lime green & black floral print maxi dress

Size 7/8 on label, but runs quite small in the shoulders, maybe closer to 4/5. Made in Canada, machine washable, 100% polyester. "Variations" brand. Flat measurement armpit to armpit is 16" wide. Total length from neck line to bottom hem is 131". Purchased vintage, didn't fit, never worn by me.
