90s purple flowers high waisted skirt with long side slit

vintage 1990s floral print skirt. high waisted with one back entry zip and an exaggerated side slit on the right side. tags are gone but feels like a lightweight polyester (unlined) and fits like an xs. waistband does not have any stretch, it measures 12.5" across, hip is 19", length 38"
