90s vintage Liz Claiborne a-line polka dot dress sz 4

Lightweight rayon a-line dress with large polka dot print and fabulous pearl buttons on front and sleeves. Excellent quality from Liz Claiborne! Has pockets! Technically a petite size but can be worn by regular sizes as well, please see measurements below.
