90s vintage blue acid wash denim funky fringe high waisted mini short shorts

this is a super rad pair of high waisted acid wash denim shorts (24-26” waist recommended) from the 90s featuring orange fringe trimming and a blue a cartoon mouse embroidered ribbon detail on the front of the shorts – it’s unclear if the shorts were reworked or manufactured with these details, but either way they are super unique and one-of-a-kind! the shorts have an ultra-high waistline, a five pocket closure accented with silver rivets, belt loops, and it closes at the front with a button and zip. the shorts have no label (besides the “new tag” logo on one of the pockets) but the fabric feels like a lightweight cotton/denim with a bit of stretch. size is untagged but I would say this best fits womens size small or medium with 24-26” waist. these shorts are in excellent vintage condition and are perfect to wear casually to an outdoor festival or to bring with you on vacation ♡ measurements (lying flat): waistband: 13-13.5” (or 26-27" when doubled) hips: 17.5-18.5” across front rise (waist to crotch seam): 13.5” inseam (crotch seam to bottom of shorts): 3.5” back length (waistband to bottom of shorts): 15.5”
