90s vintage cotton crop top with velvet applique S/M

Cute button front crop top with velvet applique on left side. 100% cotton, super soft. Colour is a washed black, photos are fairly accurate. No damages. Size tags are removed but it fits like a small to medium. Measurements below, and fabric has quite a bit of give. PTP 17.5" length 18.5"
