90s vintage green leather fringe western hippy festival halter backless crop top

this is an incredible bright green genuine leather halter top handmade in Toronto, Canada by "elaina for on the fringe custom leather" from the 80s or early 90s. the unique top features a V neckline, a cropped hemline, and adjustable strings that tie up at the neck and the back for a backless look. the top is adorned with a long playful green suede fringe that goes along the centre front dipping below the bottom hem, and it is unlined with soft suede on the backside. the genuine 100% leather is quite sturdy and sits fairly structured around the bust. such a fun and unique vintage piece that has both a cowgirl western and moto biker spirit, perfect for parties and outdoor festivals! size is untagged but would best fit womens size medium or large, although it can fit a variety of sizes as the string is adjustable. in good vintage condition with light distressing around seams/stitching, and creasing and tiny marks in leather. measurements (lying flat, and untied): across entire garment laid flat and untied (does not include straps): 26” length from top of strap to bottom hem, not including neck strap – 16” centre front length (lowest part of neckline): 9”
