90s vintage one of a kind silk-screened cotton body-con mini dress XS/S

This amazing, one of a kind dress was purchased in the 90s at a craft show in Toronto and made by a local artist. The egg beater print is so cool! Tags have been removed but it is 100% cotton and doesn't have a lot of stretch, despite being a knit. Fits an XS/S, depending on preferred fit, please see measurements below.
