90s vintage outdoor nature print knitted plaid button up hand knit sweater vest

this is a super fun and novelty knit sweater vest by Susan Bristol from 1993 featuring an intricate and colourful outdoor nature hand knitted design with a person on a canoe, a moose, trees, and more! the sleeveless sweater vest has a roll-down collar, a five front button closure with statement brown buttons, and plaid accents on the front and the full backside. the fabric is an unlined cotton/ramie blend (all natural fibres) that is comfortable and medium/thick weight, with no itch. such a great and kitschy piece that could be worn on its own or over a long sleeved shirt or blouse – the red and green colour palette also gives it a bit of a festive holiday feel! tagged as size P (presumably petite) and I would say this fits womens size small, medium and large. in good vintage condition besides some light staining at the front, and minor pulls in the fabric/minor pilling. measurements (lying flat): bust (pit to pit): 18.5” (37” when doubled) centre back length (without collar): 23” centre back length (with collar): 26” bottom opening: 18"
