90s vintage pastel floral print high waist rise button up denim jean mini skirt

this lovely vintage denim mini skirt by RAZZ from the 90s featuring a floral all-over-print in pastel shades of pink, purple, green and yellow on a white background. the high-waisted skirt features a short mini hemline, a five button-front closure with ornate silver metal buttons, five pockets (three front and two back pockets), and belt loops. the fabric is a lightweight denim (100% cotton) that is unlined, and the skirt has a fitted pencil silhouette. tagged as vintage size 9 and I would say this best fits modern day womens size small (24-26” waist). in great vintage condition with minor stain (barely visible). measurements (lying flat): waistband: 12.5” (or 25” when doubled) hips: 18” (36” when doubled) hem (length of bottom flare of the skirt): 18” total length: 16.5”
