90s vintage pink floral print pure silk blazer skort 2 piece coord matching set

this is an amazing vintage 100% silk blazer and skirt matching set by Donna Linea from the 90s that appears to be in brand new deadstock condition, still with its original retail tags on! the collared blazer features a front button front closure with three fabric buttons, long sleeves, light removable shoulder pads (secured by Velcro), two pockets, and an extra long hemline. the matching shorts are “skort style” (skirt + shorts), as they feature a large panel of fabric on the front that folds over to make it look like a skirt. the skort has an elastic band at the back of the waist for a bit of stretch, and it fastens with a zipper and two silver clasps, and has slash pockets. both of the garments are made of a super lightweight and unlined 100% silk. this funky yet versatile set would look great styled together or apart! the jacket is tagged as vintage size 10 and the skort is tagged as size large – I would say this set best fits modern day womens size medium or large, however please check measurements. in excellent (likely new/deadstock) vintage condition with minor imperfections. measurements (lying flat): jacket~ shoulder seam to shoulder seam: 15” bust: 19” across sleeve length: 22.5” centre back length: (without collar): 30” skirt~ waist: 14.5” across (29” when doubled) – shown on model who usually wears 26-27” waist hips: 22” length: 21.5”
